Still in Arcata, Judy is stuck in the rain. Fortunately or unfortunately she has a small injury and has been advised by a local podiatrist that she should stay off of her feet for a few days. Needless to say, she is disappointed about the setbacks but is hoping that she will be up and walking in the next few days. She will be hanging in Arcata for a few days with some new friends from the Geezer Walking Club. She has many times said how thankful she is for the kindness of strangers throughout her trip.

Sorry for the delay you are experiencing in Arcata. Listen to the doctor and stay off the feet,and enjoy getting to know people OLDER than you...you might learn something. LOL

Hang in there Judy...once those feet get rested you can continue your journey. I am leaving on my Harley for Bisbee on Saturday. Claudia told me that might be our next adventure! I would pay money to see Barnes driving a motorcycle. Charlie, Hershey and I are thinking sunny days for you!
